Week 2 Day 4: Thursday June 23
Leg day today and my workout was cut a little bit shorter than I would have liked. I was able to hit a PR on back squats so that was good, otherwise wasn't the best of workout days.
Week 2 Day 5: Friday June 24
Shoulder day today and completely off my game!
